With qualifications in business, safety and nursing, and with linkages to other professionals, we are able to provide high quality consultancy services to suit your business needs. Our founder has over 10 years of experience working in leadership roles, supporting businesses in many areas including values and culture development, developing policy and procedure, auditing safety systems, undergoing accreditation and audit preparation, asssisting with human resource and professional development of staff, grants writing and co-design. The founder has also also worked with other consultants on projects and engaged in work with the Crime and Corruption Commission and Queensland Audit Office.

We are skilled in developing policy and procedure, having done this is past roles as well as for Able To Wellbeing! We are able to help your business develop the policy and procedure needed, and are experienced across various subject matter areas including human resources, safety, and various clinical tasks.

Values and culture development and education

Creating a positive culture within the workplace is vital to positive interactions between staff and clients. We can help you to develop a culture and values statement, and provide training to your team.

Recruitment and retention

Finding the right staff can be difficult espeically in the current job market. We are able to help you find the right candidate through developing creative interview questions and activities, writing job ads, or sitting on your panel as an independent member.

Occupational health and safety

Ensuring staff are safe at work and get home safely is of the utmost importance. Having a solid safety managment system inclusive of your policy, procedure and training supports businesses in their staff safety. We are able to assist you in the development of your safety management system, policy, procedure and training.

Development and delivery of training packages

Grants writing

Preparing applications for grants can be complex. We have experience not just in the writing of applications, but in being on the other end of grants as the grants manager assessing applications and assisting applicants to meet requirements. Whilst we can not guarntee that through our grant writing you will obtain funding, what we can do is asisst you to write a high quailty application using our knowledge of the grants system.
