Her knowledge of the aged care system has been beneficial in helping me secure services and funding. She has helped me understand and navigate the daunting aged care system. She is generous with her time, support and empathy. I can say that having weekly visits is like having a doctor visit without the hassle of trying to make an appointment as El undertakes the various health checks and observations. Very importantly, she has developed a deep bond with us. Our highlight of the week is her visit. She shows compassion, companionship and we feel safe in her presence (family of client).
