This is an all-inclusive service which will assist you with the following:
- Apply through My Aged Care.
- Support with the assessment process, including with the Aged Care Assessment Team and/or My Aged Care.
- Starting you off on completing your income assessment with Services Australia.
- Completion of inital nursing assessments to support your application for services.
- Education on the aged care system and avaialble funding as well as possible costs.
- Assist you to locate a provider that suits your needs, offering comparisons and explanations of costs.
- Early identification of any supplements or other programs you may be eligible for.
